The album Maxime Goulet: Symphonie de la tempête de verglas was recorded by the Orchestre Classique de Montréal, conductor Jacques Lacombe and clarinetist Kornel Wolak. It features three works composed by Maxime Goulet: Ice Storm Symphony, What a Day, and Fishing Story. The album was published in January 2023, by ATMA Classique, to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the historical ice storm of 1998, in Canada. The album won a Juno Award in the category « Best Classical Album (Large Ensemble) » 2024, and was nominated for the Prix Opus award « Album of the Year, modern and contemporary music » 2024.

The orchestral suite Symphonic Chocolates was recorded by the Prague FILMharmonic Orchestra and maestro Adam Klemens and is featured on the album Chocolats symphoniques, published in 2014. The album also includes other compositions of Maxime Goulet, such as excerpts of The Wool-Spinning Devil, On a Tightrope, Watercolour and the soundtrack of the film 21.
